Hi two things
1 - I checked my notifications - I don't get the copy in my inmail firstname.lastname@example.org
Why is that ? Do I have a problem of some kind
I do see them in my Jotform panel.2 - All my transaction seem in jotform as incomplete (with PayPal) but I do receive a confirmation order of PayPal from my client what's wrong ?

I have checked the email address you provided and I can see it is in our bounce list, I have removed it, but when I tested I noticed the email failed again and the email address was added to our bounce list again, at this point, I would suggest you to contact your email service provider since I have checked all your settings and they seem to be OK.
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.
Please check and verify that all is properly set on your end, once you have ensured settings are good, you can remove your email address from our bounce list and test again, the guide below will help you to remove an email address from our bounce list:

If you're still getting errors with your emails, you should ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses as well, but this will work only if you're using our default sender email addresses:
