Why has my account been suspended?

Hi I have a free plan which according to your website allows 100 monthly submissions.  I only get a handful of submissions each month, certainly not 100.  I surely should be able to continue with the free account without needing to upgrade to an unnecessary 1000 monthly submission plan?

I have checked and your account is active. You have only one form on your account and your did not received any submissions this month. Also your form is shown on your website.

If you have any other form that is not working, please provide us ID of that form or URL of webpage if that form is embedded.
