PayPal Integration: Why all my transactions are being cataloged as incomplete payment?

    2 - All my transaction seem in jotform as incomplete (with PayPal) but I do receive a confirmation order of PayPal from my client what's wrong ?

    When I payment is completed it should show you the payer info, it looks like this one: 

    This is shown in the submissions record, where the payment section is placed in your form, when a payment is not completed when the form is submitted and you completed it manually the payment section looks like the one below, showing the details of the purchased product or amount due without payer info: 

    Now, I have checked your form and I can see you have incomplete payments, I would suggest you to enable the Instant Payment Notification in your PayPal account so you will be notified once you received a payment:

    Also, set up an Incomplete Payment Notification, this will let you know when you have an incomplete payment, so if there is an issue with your form you should receive an email from all the submissions and receive an instant payment notification at the same time:

    Now, I'm not sure if this could be possible, but I would like to request access to complete one of the payments flagged as incomplete in your form, so if there is an issue it should show the payer info, as shown in my first screenshot, but if this info is not showing it means that payment was flagged as incomplete properly.
