Having read the rave review Craig posted, I decided to give them a shot at cleaning up our very dirty Toyota Sienna. They arrived on schedule and put in several hours of elbow grease for what I thought was a way-too-low price. My van turned out much better than I'd hoped for, and tipped them generously. My neighbor was so impressed he booked them for himself with great results.

I'm not sure I understand your question, are you referring to a layout of the report?
I can not find any form under your account to check your settings, and it is a guest account.
Please give us more details and we'll be glad to assist you.

It's really simple. I am repeatedly receiving these submissions and I do not want them. I have no account so I should not receive them. What must be done to prevent their transmission to me?

You can do this by unsubscribing your email address.

You may unsubscribe it by clicking on Unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email.
Also, if you are receiving any emails related to a particular thread of this support forum, you may subscribe from that as well by clicking on Unsubscribe thread link displayed in the email received so that you'll not be emailed with any other posts in the thread.

Thank you, and I do appreciate your effort, but no such unsubscribe link appears in the email. Is there a way I can send or forward one of the messages to you so you can see the problem?

If there is a form that is still sending emails to your address, you would need to change the recipient email for that forms notification. In order to change your recipient email addresses please refer to our user guide on How to send notifications to multiple email addresses
The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide.
