I have a jotform for quote requests linked to my website and I used to get emails all the time but I have noticed that I am not getting any for quite some time. So I went to my website and tried it and the form comes up but I am not getting an email notification with the form.
I checked our logs for your email address and indeed, the emails were failing to be sent. It looks like your address was rejecting emails for a period of time. When enough were rejected, your address was placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
