I have had the account with you for some and this is the first time people have reported problems. 3 clients today have been unable to use the booking form. As we use this on a regular basis for people to book rooms it is quite urgent that this is solved ASAP!

I've tested it too and it seems to work.

I also tested your form and it's working properly. I suggest, logout to your account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.

Hey guys, thanks for your feedback and for testing so quickly! I am still concerned however that 3 separate customers in 1 day gave me the feedback when I have never had that reported in 2 years of using the forms on a daily basis... Is it possible it stopped working for a period?

That seemed to be a browser cache issue. I have not seen any report yet regarding to a stop working period in our servers
