When I change fields in my form it breaks the Spreadsheet Integration

I face another problem in GoogleSpreadsheet integration. The spreadsheet field names are too long. I noticed that I can add additional columns for administration purpose. But whenever moment I change fields in JotForm, all the previous data in Spreadsheet is gone, replaced by new data. Is there anyway to prevent this

When you add Google Spreadsheet Integration, if you change column's name in the Spreadsheet, this will break the Integration because the form will not be able to find which field belong to which row in the Spreadsheet. The same thing happens when you remove a form field.

If you modified a form after you Integrate Google Spreadsheet, you might need to re-integrate it again to fix certain issues.
