I am new to your system and started using forms today. Everything was working great, but now my forms are not showing on the site and I have a message that says my account was blocked due to phishing or something. I did send a lit of test emails and items trying to get the email to come from me. Is there away you can reactivate my account so that I can keep using your program.

I have just reviewed you account and it is active. All you forms are view able. If you have problems opening a form please let us know. We will be glad to take a look.
