Can previously submitted forms be recalled for additional information to be added?

I'm needing to have a progressive form. It will be updated on a daily bases for 3-10 days. Each day the new data needs to be added to the same form. It's preferred that each days entry can be submitted for review but ultimately a the desired result is a report that contains each entry one one page/spreadsheet layout.    

If I understand correctly, you want to create a form where you will be able to edit the previous submissions? I believe you can achieve your requirement by adding an Edit Link to your form's notification. This way, your user can simply check their email and click on the link to edit the form if they want to add any additional information to the form.
