I need to log in to change an application. I use this for my company, and am planning on upgrading. I haven't received a reset email for a couple hours now, and need to change it.
If you guys are unable to respond to any issues in a timely manner, please advise. I cannot afford to have downtime during business hours.

I searched for any association to your email address, but what I can see is that there is a guest account. This means you have created your form without creating any personal user account. Guest accounts are limited to 10 submissions only.
So what I can recommend is to please create your own personal login account using the email address that you have set earlier when you created your form. This will automatically migrate the form you have created to your new account. You can follow this link and create your own personal account: https://www.jotform.com/signup
