This stated last night the email email@example.com keeps going on the bounce list... i keep remvong it... and it goes back.. this is new bhavior and is causing cinfusion with our reservation system. We are having to spend a great deal of time double checking. Please help fix this... very frustrating and impacting efficiency.Page URL:

I have checked your email address firstname.lastname@example.org in our bounce list and it is not listed there. You should be receiving emails from us without any issue. However, I see that the email address email@example.com (one of the recipients in the notification email) is listed in the bounce list due to AOL's DMARC policy.
Could you try changing the sender email address to JotForm default email address from the Email setup wizard to see if that helps? If you want to use your own email address as the sender email address, you may consider setting up SMTP email address.Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up email notifications to avoid bounce related issues.
