Hi. I am not getting forms that are being submitted.
They should be going to:
carol@bridalgowncare.com and chrisjaeger@gmail.com.
Neither of those addresses are getting the notifications.

This is a HUGE problem and it looks like I can't rely on JotForm to deliver my form data.

Have you checked the spam folders? The notification for that form is properly setup, and the recipient emails are not in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:

· email.amazonses.com
· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

I also have this problem and I have submitted a support request. This is not a question of spam filtering. Something has changed in Jotform. I have used this service successfully for several years and this behavior only started recently. I have not made any modifications in over a year and all the email addresses are correct.
Some change in the way Jotform works is causing the problem.
