I am working on my form and inserted an image slider widget with the pictures hosted on my google drive.
Soon after I received a "form is disabled" message when I try to review the form.
What went wrong?

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that your JotForm is made in Arabic and our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are likely to be suspended sometimes.
I have verified your form and it seems to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
