We will be getting hundreds of submissions per day at the start of our processing year. Is it possible to download a large group to .csv files at one time, or must they be downloaded one at a time?
Thanks,
Marilyn

You can export all your submissions to Excel of CSV format at any time:

You can also have your form integrated with a Googled Docs spreadsheet and have the submissions forward automatically when they arrive:

Sorry, I probably didn't word that very well. I need to export 100 submissions to CSV format all at once (not one at a time). When I look at the export screen, it seems that I need to click on one submission and click Export, then click on the next submission and click Export, and so forth. I need to be able to select 100 submissions and click Export just once.
Thanks,
Marilyn

When you export submissions to Excel or CSV, it exports all the submissions for the form. You only need to click once. It is actually not possible to export a single submissions to Excel or CSV unless you change the date range to include on that single submission.

Oh, gosh! I didn't realize I could select multiple submissions and put them all in one file. Thanks so much!
