The error message you are seeing, Franco, is because your JotForm account went over the limits for its subscription plan.
You forms have used 1208 form views this month, out of 1000 form views available under free accounts. You can read more about form views here:

If you need more form views than allowed on your subscription plan, you can either upgrade to a higher plan that supports more views, or you can enable the JotForm Footer from your account settings to have unlimited form views. Details regarding JotForm Footer can be found in the first guide linked above.
