I have built and rebel form 3 times now and I'm not sure what I'm missing but the form data is not making into salesforce "leads". The security token has been reset multiple times and fields matched. Please help as our forms are down. Not sure what I'm missing here. Thank you!!!

I have verified the integration with one of my JotForms and see that the integration is working fine at my end. I have received the lead to my Salesforce account when the form is submitted.
I have cleared the form caches on your account to see if that helps. Could you try once again and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to assist.
