My form comes up disabled

why is my form coming up disabled.  It was working and today not.  This is the second time and i do not know what to tell customers....

I checked your forms and they look to be within our terms of use.  There were a couple forms that referenced being a payment gateway and this set off our phishing detector.  Since those forms were within our terms, I whitelisted them and reactivated your account.  Your forms should be active once again.
