I have a jot form for a client named Prestige Design, Inc., I no longer contract with them and would like the form to be transferred and put in their name so they can decide if they would like to pay your monthly fee or not. What's the best way to accomplish this?

    Thank you,

To my understanding you wish to move a form that out of your account to another account for a client that you are no longer associated with.

The first thing is do they already have any jotform account with us?

Also, does the form have any submissions that belong to you or does that not matter?

We can transfer the form with its submissions but they would need to have a jotform account or make a jotform account to allow us to do this for you. This is the fastest way.

Alternatively, they can clone the form from you or you can clone it into another account temporarily to turn over to them but please note that cloning does not transfer any submissions on the form if it has any.

The other way would be to temporarily make them a sub-account user of your account and move the form with its submissions into their account similarly by transferring its ownership yourself and then remove them from from being a sub-account.
