    Why cant i get a notification on an email?

    I'm a designer for Venezuela living in panama, i created a site for a client in the US.

    For said site I created a few forms named "contact form fochedi" and "contact form fochedi (mobile) i haven't logged in so if you need the my ip address is 181.197.5.199 i dont know much about, but anyways. They were made for the sites " fochedi.com "

    I have 2 emails set up for notifications on this forms:  " mvagenciadigital@gmail.com " (my company email) and "jrangel@fochedi.com", the problem is that the second one  " jrangel@fochedi.com" (wich is my clients) never gets a notification i don't know what kind of problem can this be!!

    Please i need help figuring this out...

    The form was actually created under a guest account which has gone overlimit, so I'm not sure the emails will be forwarded.

    What you can do is register a free account, and we will move the form to that account to have everything working.

    Once you create the account simply make a request and we will move the form to it.

    Thanks, for answering i already logged in on my acount mariangelavelasqz the forms are there, but the problem persist the email "jrangel@fochedi.com" does not get the notification.

    Your email address was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    I have whitelisted it, this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
