Problem with condicional option

    Hi,

    I'm workin in the form: https://form.jotformz.com/61397478108667 and I have a problem with the conditional option.

    I want that, if the client choose the city "cordeiro-rj" the form show: (1- a title, 2- a select field and 3- a images group).

    All this works fine just for the "cordeiro" city, but if the client choose the "cantagalo-rj" city, the form show a empty page. :(

     

    I set all field ok (Obviously not) and I don't find the error...

    Can you help me?

     

    Note: I have a additional question:

    It's possible redirect a form to another form?.

    Example: Customer choose the city "X" in the first form.

    In this case the form redirect to the second form, called "X".

    And if the customer choose the city "W" in the first form them the form redirect to the third form, called "W".

    And so on... with other cities.

    Simply delete the extra Page Break field you have added, and set the Clear Hidden Field Value option to "Clear on Being Hidden":
