How to upload product image to to left of product name and quantity?

I'm using the Product Order form with images, sizes and quantity template, the Arsenal Women's Comp Order 2104, and have successfully modified mulitple quantities in the Order options field, but can't seem to attach my product images?

I can see the box where it wants you to put an Image URL, but not working when I insert it from my website. I would prefer to just upload the images from my computer but it doesn't allow this option here. Is there another way I can save my image as a URL so that this box will accept and display it next to each product name? 

See screen shot. I don't want image above, but rather want each product image next to each style.

Don't worry, I found a similar question and have worked it out, to upload image and then copy the image source, yay
