I set up my forms so that when someone orders a product, it sent me the details of their order. This worked for years and recently stopped.
I check to see if it's still configured correctly and when I try to send the test email I never recieve it. The email is correct, it's not showing up in bulk email or junk or anything like that and every other function of my email is working. I am not sure what else to do.

After finding another person with a similar issue I discovered the bounce list feature that apparently had added my email to it for somereason and followed the steps to check and remove it from the list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Test email works now, I assume the next order will too!
