I have checked your form with ID 60955865896175 and submitted it as well, I have edited that submission and I can see the date field is appearing, here is an image that about what I can see:
Please confirm us this is the form with the issue, if it is not, please provide us the correct ID / link to the form, we will be glad to further check it.

From what I read on your latest response on the other thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/842944 , the issue is now resolved.
