I cannot open or save any of the images uploaded to my forms, which makes it hard to clear out space when everything is disabled because my paid account is overlimit again. Please assist as I'm dead in the water here :<

I see that there are some dead links to files from your form (60865983408165). With this, I have forwarded the matter to our next level support. We'll inform you as soon as we have updates on this matter.
I also noticed that you have exceeded your upload space limit. May I recommend to delete some old submissions in order to free up some space for your forms to be re-enabled again.

I'd love to have my forms enabled again but I can't download the content to delete it first because all the links are broken. Please extend me a grace period until this matter is fixed. I am a paid member so this is frustrating.

Upon further investigation, the cause of the dead links on your case is due to going beyond the limits of your allowed upload space usage of your account. I have reactivated your account for now, you should be able to get and delete the files right away. But please take note that the active status of your account will only last until you receive another submission, after which will prompt you again for a suspension.
