How to keep all my recipients in cc in notification mail

I have 18 recipents in notifier email . Once we get the email every body individdualy gets the notification of submission. What i want to do is all 18 recipents should be in cc so that in single reply one can contact everybody

You can separate the email addresses in your email notification by comma (,) or semicolon (;). Unfortunately, it will not be possible to list 18 emails as recipients. 18 email addresses is just too many for JotForm's email notification settings to handle.

What I can recommend is you create your own mailing list or mailing group such as is Google Groups and the email address of that mail group shall be used as your mail recipient on your form.

Another alternative is if you have your own domain and you're using an email service under that domain, you can create a mailing list and add in that mailing list, all the recipients who shall receive your email notification.
