Untitled Form showing in email notification.

Greetings,

My form is titled in the form builder as seen here: 

But shows as "Untitled" in the email notification to my email....any insights ????

Please open the Email Notification wizard and change the text "Untitled Form".

1. Click the "Emails" button.

2. Select the notification and then click the "Edit" button.

3. In the email editor, click the "Untitled Form" and edit it.

4. Click the "Save" button when you're done.

Thanks for your detailed reply! I had the same exact question and I was able to fix the problem using your instructions.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason the default value for this field isn't {form_title}?

I think our developers made it appear the exact title instead of the tag. You can actually change that if you wish :)

I think this might be a bug, not a feature. Could you report it to the developers?

It seems like the intended behavior of changing the name of a form is that it changes across all instances, not leaving the old name, or "Untitled", in the notification email template.

Seems like it takes the name that you set to the form when you create it, then if your form's title was "Untitled Form" then this name was set up in the emails. 

However, I do not think this is a bug and it was made like that intentionally so you can change the form's name whenever you want. 

If you would like to set the title shown there dynamically, you can do it by adding the variable from the form fields in the email wizard: 

However, we can escalate this to our second level as a feature request since it was never available, I have checked in the old wizard and I can see it is still the same:
