Unable to pass Date into Infusionsoft Custom Field

    Hi

     

    I am unable to pass the date field value in my form to Infusionsoft custom field (set as a date).

    The integration is complete and seems good for the rest of the fields. The date accepted in Infusionsoft is of the format - mm-dd-yyyy.

    However, this format is not available with any available widget with jotform. At the moment I am using mm-dd-yy which on the front end shows the format in mm-dd-yyyy . So I am a little confused on how I can submit a date value into Infusionsoft.

    Can you please try using the DateTime tool. By default, this uses the format MM-DD-YYYY.

    After that, please check the integration again and match the fields properly. If it is still the same, please try to re-do the integration. I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
