    Hello Jotform,

We have been using itduzzit to get our data to a server via FTP but they are closing down in July. Have Jotform developed a solution to achieve sending form complete data as a .CSV via FTP yet?

    Thanks, Todd

The FTP integration built-in to JotForm is for uploaded files in submissions only.

    User guide:  How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions

Unfortunately there is no feature yet that will send the submission data in CSV format to an FTP server.

You can check this similar discussion thread for a suggested workaround using Send Post data method.

Let us know if you need further assistane.

I will also submit this thread to our higher team support so that they can check if its possible to have the feature to send submission data in CSV format to an FTP server.

Since this will be a new feature, I cannot give you guarantee that this will be implemented soon. But we will notify you here if we have news/updates on the status of the request I submitted.

    Thanks.

    Thanks,

So you do not have a solution to send form data to an FTP location as a .csv file?

    Hi Todd,

Yes. Currently, there is no feature on the Form Builder yet that can do this.

So far the only workaround solution I could find is by doing the upload manually to the FTP server.

    Steps:

#1 Create a CSV report using the for submission data.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/103-How-to-create-a-CSV-Report

#2 Since the CSV report file can be exported also, it can now be send manually to an FTP host via upload.

As mentioned, I already had submitted a request for this exact feature to our higher team. Hopefully, there will be news about it soon.

    Thank you.
