Why can't I login to my account?

     I am unable to sign in to my account. I changed the password and am still unable to sign in. Then I opened a new account and I can't sign in to that either. 

    When I enter the log in credentials and hit SUBMIT, nothing happens. I am using Chrome as my browser and so I also tried using Internet Explorer and I have the same problem with that browser.

    It is interesting that I can hit POST QUESTION at the bottom of this ticket and I get a place to put in my password. When I do this I am able to access my account, but I can't access it from the regular login page.

    Please advice.  Thanks

    Please try clearing the cache of your browser and then try logging in again.
