Form embed codes are not working on Godaddy website

    Hello
    We have forms on our current godaddy serviced website peace4paws.org
    We were not able to move the forms from Platform 6 GoDaddy to Platform 7
    GoDaddy .
    The HTML language did not work.
    Can you kindly send us the HTML language or assist us in making this change
    in some way.
    These are the pages that we are having trouble transferring. Not sure if
    it is because the webpage that we have now is still up?

    I think you are trying to re-embed the form and the current embed codes on your website are not working. Is this correct? If so, please try using our iframe embed codes. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. 

    If the iframe won't work, please try asking Godaddy on how to properly place the codes.
