Number generator

So my first form is almost complete and its working great. All I need to wrap this up is I need for one cell in my form to generate a number based on which submission it is. For example it could say this is submission number xyz. Basically I'm building a PO req form and want the PO Number to auto populate so the user doesn't need to go in the the spreadsheet and see what number they are on.

Random Value Generator - This automatically generates a unique value based on the settings on the widget every time the form is opened.
