Cannot copy and paste fields

I can not even copy text from within the form from one question to another.  How is this done if possible?  I keep getting references to duplicating questions and cloning.  This does not answer the apparent incapability to copy and format simple text.  Please assist me during this trial period.  Thank you.

If possible it is always best to have only one thread per question as this helps supporters to have the entire picture of the situation.

Free plans have access to the same features as paid plans. The only difference is with the monthly limits. You can see here more information on the monthly limits of each plan.

As mentioned by EltonCris, in situations when you have to create very similar forms, cloning saves a lot of time and effort.

Another case is when you need to create similar fields in the same form. In this case you can use the duplicate option (ctrl+c, ctrl+v will not work), by selecting the field and then click the properties icon > duplicate:

If you would like to copy/paste the text on the label of the field, you need to double click the label and then ctrl+v:
