If I do have to add a second page and edit the form is there a way to restrict the access to the second page?

    That would work to hide the fields but if I update info in the spreadsheet rather than in form when a new form is entered it will delete the notes i have entered. Is there someway protect the data in the spreadsheet other option is to have person edit the form after its been submitted and add info in hidden fields. So with that in mind can i define what a particular user can see?

    You can hide the data of hidden section of the form when using Edit Link.

    Please test submit this form https://form.jotform.com/61427179028963. Make sure to use your own actual email to be able to receive the Autoresponder email that have the edit link.

    I have added a hidden data on the form that only can access when editing the submission in the Submission's page of the form (not the Edit Link). Here

    use the password 'test123' to view the submission
