I created this account to create an online form for my company.
I have noticed that under 'Account Settings' there is no option to edit the username of this account.
I am wondering whether it would be possible for you to kindly assist me in changing this username from 'smattingley' to 'drakestratcomms'?
Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

There is no option to change your username under 'Account Settings'. We would be glad to assist you with changing your username. Since the username drakestratcomms is available, I have now changed your username from smattingley to drakestratcomms.
I did notice that you are using a custom url for your form, which includes your previous username. Since your username has now been changed, I would suggest recreating the custom url with your new username so that the custom url will work correctly.
