Hi, Until a few weeks back we were receiving emails for every booking we receive via jot form. I can see in the set up that our details are still there to receive email. Over the past few weeks these emails have stopped. We are having families turn up to booking that we were not notified for. Can you help identify the issue and help correct it.

I checked our mail logs for your email address and it appears that email notifications did fail to send to your email. You can also check on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History
However, your email address doesn't seem to be in the bounce list so you should be receiving the emails. To resolve the issue, can you please change your notification's sender email to email@example.com.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
