Problem with shared form

    We have an other problem with this form.. my colleague shared this URL https://form.jotform.com/jstrinning/bcul-utilisateurs-2016 to many users.. but as he didn't understand the logical of jotform subaccounts (he had a free account...and yes it's very complicated !), we moved his form to a shared space with our account... but now URL is not available anymore...! As this is urgent.. he has payed a monthly subscription.. and we will move again to his account in order to make the URL available again.. hoping this will not generate any new problem...

    If I am not mistaken you are referring to this form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61153580190349? The form is owned by your account hepvd not by jstrinning account so the custom URL for the form is https://form.jotformeu.com/hepvd/bcul-utilisateurs-2016.

    For the https://form.jotform.com/jstrinning/bcul-utilisateurs-2016 URL to work, we will need to move the account from your account hepvd to jstrinning account. Please note that once we move the form the owner of the form will now be jstrinning and you will not have access to the form (not unless the jstrinning shares the form with you). Please confirm if you want to continue to move the form to jstrinning account.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, this is correct. If you could also have a look to the empty submissions, this will be perfect :-)

    I have moved the form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61153580190349 from your account to jstrinning account as requested. The URL https://form.jotform.com/jstrinning/bcul-utilisateurs-2016 is now working. 

     

    Regarding your other thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/844569), I have already escalated the issue to our development team. We will inform you on that thread any updates to the issue.
