Warface oyunumuz ile ilgili Türkiye'de internet kafeler üzerine bir program gerçekleştireceğiz. Bu programın internet üzerinden başvuruları için Jotform'u tercih etme kararı aldık.

Forum sayfanızı incelediğimde bazı kurallardan dolayı kullanıcıların hesabının kapatıldığını gördüm. Bizim oluşturmuş olduğumuz formda bir ihlal var mıdır? 

Bu sistemi aylık ücret ödeyerek kullanmayı planlıyoruz. Oluşturduğumuz formu inceleyip bize dönüş yaparsanız seviniriz.

I checked your form and I was not able to see any violation of our terms of use in your form. For Free Account user, we have a Phishing Detector software that automatically suspends user if they have suspicious form. For Paid users, we have a review team that review the forms manually to check if the form does not violates our terms of use.
