How can I remove the picture that is on top-right (apparently a logo field...) of my form? Thank you

I think the logo is included in the theme you used to create the form. To remove it, please go to the Form Designer and follow the steps below.

Thank you. Actually now I would like to use this in order to put my logo. How can I center it just above my form. Because when I use the center poosition my goes out of the the visibility area
