Sending the form to another recipient if additional responses are required

I have a form and want to be able to let the user send the form to another email address so that further information can be added before it is submitted back to me.  I have looked at the logic functions but don't think it is covered here.

Or can I get the user to enter an address when submit is pressed rather than it just coming straight to me?

Any thoughts?

I think you are looking for an approval process just like what others are also looking. We don't have this feature, but we can provide a workaround if needed. Please try the following option:

Send the form email based on a selection/input in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection. You can set to send the form email first to someone when a field is filled then add another condition to send the final email to you when the first person fills a field in the form.
