Form sending to wrong email address!

    Hi, I've been using different forms for different websites and email accounts. It has been working perfectly until recently I applied a designer template, and now all submissions for each form are going to only one email address instead - this is happening even though i've checked the recipient email setting and it's correct.

    Please advise asap. Many thanks!

    Could you please indicate the URL of your form? This will help us better analyze the problem.
