I've created a form where the employees have a pre-defined list of choices in a dropdown menu. The employees are constantly going to new clients residents or businesses and would like to be able to add them to the dropdown menu as they are repeat customers now. Is there any way for the employees to do this without having access to anything other than the web hosted form I've created for them? Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you,

    Robert

You could not add it in such manner Robert - directly to database, but you could have a field that accepts old entries and new ones and where new ones are made by people filling out the form.

This is accomplished by a following group of widgets:

    User contributed - dropdown

    User contributed - radio buttons

    User contributed - checkbox

You have mentioned dropdown, but since all 3 might be of use to you, I wanted to give you all 3 of them, so feel free to check them out and let us know if you have any questions and we would be happy to assist with the same.
