I still me issues with Jotform forms when I wish to view submissions, they are empty on EU links
but fine without the eu
I had a lot a changes to operate since the forms have been on EU servers, some functionnalities work with Eu and some without, how to get a correct and definitive solution on EU servers.
I took a look at your account and there are two things to note here:
1. You are from EU
2. The account is set to have the data in US datacenters
I am also in EU, but have set my account to be from EU as well at the very start of this feature being introduced. With the same setup - yes there were issues at first - but at this time it is working smoothly and should be working as such.
Since you have 2 opposites (you are from EU, but you do not want to store data in EU), the system might not react always as you want it.
What I would suggest is to switch your data to EU datacenters.
To do that you should log into your account, then go to Account -> Data and make sure that you check the Store my data only in Europe (Germany) option.
Once you do that, you should be all set and good to go.
If you do experience some issues, please do let us know and we would be happy to assist with the same.
Hi thanks for your answer,I will try again as I faced a lot of issues at the beginning with creating folders in Dropbox or Submissions results, I coma back to you if necessary,
Actually, the servers were already in EU!
I have just reviewed and noticed that you still have not enable the Europe Data Center.
As my colleague indicated, we suggest you use our Europe server as you are in Europe. I noticed that you are using two different URLs
We recommend using only one as one will try to save the information in our EU servers and the other in our US servers.
