My payment form keeps sending it to the wrong account.

I have repeatedly entered the correct info for my paypal account but when I test the payment form its going to the wrong account.    I am trying to receive the paymants via my licartsopen.org account and its going to my secrettheatre.com account paypal page

I have two paypal accounts but I can't see how the forms fields would mistakenly do this.

I'm not really sure the form could automatically send the payment to an account other than what you gave it. Unless you entered the other account previously, and the change to the actual account did not save. 

I have submitted the form and the payment seems to redirect to 'Lic arts open'. I'm not sure if this PayPal account is connected with licartsopen.org or secrettheatre.com, but you can try removing the payment field, then add it back and enable Sandbox mode.

You might also check PayPal to verify that the account  'Lic arts open' is in fact not associated with licartsopen.org email.
