jotform not working

    I am trying to create a form and the changes I make are not updating on the site I am working on.

     

    Am I still suppose to use the jotformpro.com link to make my forms?

     

    Why dont you have an email or phone number listed on your site this is very frustrating to not get my questions answered or for the updates not to work.

    Some changes on the form may not be automatically updated on the website where it was embedded. You can try clearing your cache and pasting the updated code on your website. You may also try reembedding it using Iframe.

    In relevance to your question, we do apologize but we don't have a phone and email support available right now. If you have issues with the form, you just have to open a thread on the support forum and we will respond to it right away.
