Why is a duplicate text box being created when I add a new text box to my form?

Asked by clearviewshrev on March 14, 2012 at 03:27 PM

I am trying to add a place for people to input there age. I did so with a simple text box. When I previewed my form it had the new text box I created and several duplicates of it at the bottom and top of my form. The text box that has been added is the "age" box in the screenshot.

You might have accidentally created a duplicate on some parts of the form. Please just log in to your account, go to my forms and have this form revised. Is this the first time this happened to you?

I think I have figured out the problem. I forgot to set a new condition for the new text box. Thanks for the help.
