Why am I not getting survey submissions sent to my e-mail?

    I am not receiving Jotform submissions for our survey. Also, I am not receiving RSVP forms for our presentations.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, when I checked the email address set as the recipient of your form in the website, http://www.ultimatedefensivedriving.us/take-our-survey/, I found out that it is on the bounce list. 

    Result: b****r@ul*******************ing.*s is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 walimpinc13 bizsmtp Connection refused -

    I have removed it from the bounce list and it should be working as normal as before.

    Or, you can try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
