Skip to a page condition not working

Conditional Formatting Not Working

I have set up conditional formatting on two of my questions. When the text box is filled, and the user clicks next, it should skip to a specific page. However, that is not happening for these two specific pages/fields. I am using a general text field with character limits. The conditional formatting is not working if the box is filled to it's limit or with only a few letters. What do I need to do to get this formatting to work?

Please try applying your condition to the exact Text Area field (see the next screenshot). It should fix the issue.
