    Account Disabled

    Hello

     

    I have just received another email saying that as I have reached my quota my account will be disabled at 12pm.

     

    I have paid for a two year subscription.

     

    Please can you investigate this and prevent the loss of service

    Hello

    I have checked your account and you are scheduled to downgarde, did you request to be downgraded. This would be the resaon why you are being notified,  your current acount will expire and you will be moved to lesser account.

    You can email us and request for upgrade to continue remaining at the same account.

    Thanks for your response. We did not request to be downgraded.

    However in January we paid for a 2 year subscription and cancelled our monthly payment as a result. In February we noticed we were still being charged for our monthly subscription and so contacted support.

    Jotform support refunded the duplicate payment and stopped the monthly payment.  We have paid for a two year subscription in advance and therefore wish to continue with our service
