My form is shown as disabled?

    I need help to get it right

    I took a look at your account and I see that it has been suspended.

    The reason for the same is because the "password".

    Please note that that is not allowed to be present on your forms, otherwise as it happened, the forms and the account will be suspended.

    Now, what we can do for you is to remove the forms asking for password - after which we can activate the account, or you can remove the same and we could then activate your account if it is not reactivated by itself.
