Encrypted Form Issues

    I encrypted my forms and have been able to unencrypt using my private key but not all of the information is unencrypted.  Some of the information still comes up jumbled.

     I also cannot review my incomplete payments because they are all still encrypted as well.  

     

    Is it also true that I cannot extract this information unencrypted into Excel once I have used the private key to view it?  How can I pull a roster/report of the information collected that is not encrypted?

    I have cloned and tested your cloned form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue with jumbled information. All data were decrypted.

    I was also ale to decrypt all data inside of email Notification that I received.

    I have cleared form cache on your account. Please try again to decrypt your submissions. If the issue persist, let us know. Also tell us data from which fields are still encrypted. If possible please provide us a screenshot of your submission.
